If you want to be healthy and happy,you need to have a healthy lifestyle. I have some advice for you and I hope you will follow all of it. As a young student, you need to get enough sleep, so you need to try to go to bed earlier every night. You should try to sleep for at least 8 hours every day .That will help you be active and energetic for your day at school. Doing more exercise is also very important, and you should remember to eat more vegetables and fruits. You mustn’t eat junk food.
